Quantum physics is indicating that "All creature of this universe is connected each other with vibrations" As a mother understand that how is her child? Even she is far from her child, even though she realize the feelings of her child. It happend due to Empathy, because all mother are connected with their child with empathy. Empathy means " Unconditional Feeling of Love" 

As a mother is connected to her child in the same way we all creatures are connected with each other , either we know one another or not. Its a vibration ( Frequency) by that we are connected. 

Even a man or any being is able to communicate each other. like a unknown street dog , a bird, our pet, or any human being can communicate each other.
